Booth costs:
$100 (10x10 space)
$200 (10x20 space)
*Vendors are expected to bring their own tables, tents, chairs, and tent weights.
Stanwood Book Fest is a juried event. Applications are reviewed on product quality, booth presentation, and overall fit for the event.
Allow 1-2 weeks for review process after application submission.
Payment due on acceptance into Stanwood Book Fest.
Accepted applicants will receive payment instructions via email.

Vendor Terms & Conditions
Booth Reservation Fees
Please take note:

Booth applications are accepted by jury selection. Applications are reviewed on product quality, booth presentation, and overall fit for the event. Booth space is limited and highly competitive.

All booth reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be "rolled over to another year."

Due to limited space, vendors may be approved for waitlist. Waitlisted vendors will be contacted by email.
Release & Indemity Agreement
Full agreement available at booth confirmation and payment.

All vendors must agree to the release and indemnity agreement at payment and booth confirmation.

Vendors are responsible for any damage that occurs at their space that they or anyone they bring cause.

Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and set up.

Stanwood Book Fest is not liable for theft, damage, or loss.
Set-up/Tear Down
Set-up

Typically setup starts at 8:00 am.

We ask that all vendors be set up by 10am when the event is open to the public.

Vendors who do not arrive 30 minutes prior to the event forfeits their space.

Booths locations are assigned and cannot be switched day of by vendors. Event director reserves discretion to relocated booths as needed.
Tear Down

Vendors are responsible for the full tear down of their reserved space after the conclusion of the event.

Any and all trash created by the vendor must be removed by the vendor.

You pack it in, you pack it out. Leave no trace.
Safety
To ensure the safety of everyone at Stanwood Book Fest the following requirements are in place:

Open flames are absolutely not permitted. No lit candles, no incense, no sage.
-
No booth shall encroach on any designated walking path.
-
Cords shall not be placed over any walking path.
